Worst customer service.“I have already sent an email to your customer service team, but they have not responded even after five days. I recharged your rechargeable QR ticket with my bank debit card; the money has been debited from my account. Your mobile application’s online statement shows the transaction in Qatari riyals for 20, but the balance is still zero.” i shared my screenshot also.. I called the customer service they fixed my problem. Thank you

Nice app to help you with your journey. But there are routes with inconsistent timing especially if the passenger traffic is low like L503 and L507 routes.

I had 130+ Balance in my App but the application not working at the time what to do Bus driver didn't allow me to Whose problem is this if Application or Bus Scanner not working And some times Bus leave the stop 10 minutes or 5 minutes before the Desired Bus stop
